WORKSHOP OBJECTIVE To enhance creativity at work To allow participants to experience creativity and the conditions for its emergence To understand that creativity is a repeatable state that is the result of the conscious dovetailing of three areas of life meta-personal, work, and moment-based 2. PROGRAM PROFILE Overview of Creativity: Aurosoorya has developed a unique approach to enhancing creativity at work that involves three intersecting areas of life. These are the meta-personal, work, and moment-based areas of life. True creativity can only begin to be achieved when there is a synergy between these three areas, so that each is aligned with the other. Every moment must become the occasion for exercising creativity. The workshop has been designed so that theory and practical exercises are interleaved to explore these three areas, and so that participants experience a final synergy of the creative state bought about when the three are dovetailed together. Meta-personal Discovery: This will be explored through focused exercises such as Personal Organization Projection and Uniqueness Analysis. Work Discovery: This will be explored through Degree of Freedom Tool, Creativity-Pool Exercise, Index Question, Creativity Net, Team Prepare, Paradigm Exercise, From the Future Exercise, and Final Scenario Exercise. Moment-based Discovery: This will be explored through the Manifestation By Design Tool, Journaling Exercise, and Silence Tool. 3.
