• APPRECIATIVE INQUIRY: There are many techniques to mobilize and empower employees. Amongst them Appreciative Inquiry stands as a unique and powerful technique in that it works with the force of appreciation. This is not in a hollow sense, but through recreating the positive and hence more easily sustainable feeling of truly being appreciated, of joy, in conducting even normal day-to-day work. Appreciative Inquiry has been successfully used by many different organizations in strategy development, planning of all kinds – ranging from operational to information technology, to organization redesign.

• AENHANCING CREATIVITY IN THE WORKPLACE: Creativity is a key to the continued success of many organizations. Hence, techniques and methodologies that help organizations understand and mobilize this vital force is imperative. Aurosoorya has developed a unique approach to recognize creative types and mobilize the individual’s creativity.

• SCENARIO PLANNING: In an uncertain world it is important to plan for the future. Through the creation of alternative scenarios an organization can prepare itself for variable or even unexpected futures. Aurosoorya will detail the process as to how this can be done.

Aurosoorya has developed a Degrees of Freedom framework which helps the organization build-in resilience into its everyday functioning.

Appropriate metrics and measurement systems must be designed to ensure that the organization is fulfilling its goals.
