Science has discovered that much of the physical world is composed of shapes that repeat themselves on different scale. It is hence fractal in nature. This discovery has not only increased the ability to understand a vaster range of natural phenomena, but has simultaneously put into the hands of scientists and engineers a more powerful capability to shape objects and even events.

Aurosoorya believes that beyond physical structures, all dynamic phenomena in life, whether behavior of individuals, functioning of organizations, market dynamics, movement of economies, or vaster changes in the globe itself, similarly display fractal dynamics. That is, once one has attained the key to mastery over the organizational-fractal at any one level, that understanding and mastery can be transferred to any of the other levels.

FractalKey is thus a space where an individual can explore and gain progressive mastery over common dynamics in his or her own life. This then, if leveraged optimally, in alignment with the underlying organizational-fractal, could allow mastery over other areas of life.

In its simplest form FractalKey functions as a stress-manager. It allows a user to set up a personalized environment in which various states of being that may cause stress can be pinpointed, tracked, analyzed, and removed. If used regularly the FractalKey will allow development of Emotional Intelligence, a key trait in the development of leadership (“What Makes a Leader?”, Harvard Business Review, Nov – Dec 1998).

FractalKey's real power, however, will become apparent when the fractal reality animating different levels of life becomes clear. A workshop on the topic is perhaps the best way to achieve this. In summary, FractalKey is a space whose power will vary with user intention. In its simplest form it can be used to manage stress. It can, further, be used to enhance leadership ablity through the building of emotional intelligence. At a yet more sophisticated level it can be used to begin to understand aspects of the organizational-fractal to hence gain increasing control over various areas of practical life. And finally, it can be used in union with other proprietary technologies, in the building of creative or smart organizations.
